What to expect at events

There will be something for everyone โ€“ events for individuals, families and those who are new to nature, to the more seasoned nature lover.

Wales Nature Week events are held each year at Wildlife Trust and RSPB reserves, local and national nature reserves, parks and community green spaces, schools and worship sites, beaches and coastal areas.

A typical event involves a guided walk at a nature site. An expert guide will point out plants and animals and the importance of the habitat and answer any questions you have. The vast majority of events are free*

*Entrance charge to a small selection of events may apply. This supports the valuable work the organisation carries out for nature.

Check out these fantastic events taking place in June! Why not take part and make it a summer of nature!
