Bat & Moth Night Cwmfelinfach

Join us for a beginner-friendly evening at Ynys Hywel Farm exploring the fascinating world of bats and moths. Guided by local experts, you’ll take part in a bat walk, use detectors to identify species, and learn how the technology works. The evening also includes a moth trapping demonstration, giving you a closer look at these important nocturnal species.

This is a family-friendly event, and children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, making it a great opportunity for all ages to celebrate Wales Nature Week!

This is a free event, with tea and coffee provided. It is organised by the Caerphilly Local Nature Partnership, the Valleys Bat Group, and Butterfly Conservation.
