The WBP Conference is now open for bookings!
WBP Conference 16 and 17 October, Aberystwyth University
Book on now to join us at this year’s WBP Conference
Join us this October for the Wales Biodiversity Partnership Conference! This free, face-to-face event brings together people from across Wales and beyond to explore how we can work together to restore biodiversity and promote ecosystem resilience.
This year, we’ll explore how together we can take sustained action to secure nature recovery in Wales. We are delighted that the conference will be opened by the Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs, Huw Irranca-Davies (MS).
If you work on land, river, or sea, engage with communities, deliver policies, generate evidence, or simply have a passion for nature – please join us.
Early booking is advised as places are limited, and past conferences have been oversubscribed. Places are generally allocated on a first-come first-served basis but WBP reserves the right to manage the bookings to ensure a representative balance of delegates. Priority will be given to WBP network members and organisations involved with or planning nature conservation and biodiversity enhancement in Wales.
Delegates can register for either or both days of the conference. The conference is a free event with lunch and refreshments provided. Delegates can also book to join WBP for an evening networking reception hosted at Aberystwyth University at which food and drinks will be available for purchase. Accommodation is to be booked by delegates independently.
If you are interested in presenting a poster or would like an exhibition stall, please email
