National Meadows Day at the National Museum Cardiff

2 July 2022, 10am - 12pm & 1pm - 2pm

Join the National Museum Cardiff in partnership with Plantlife’s Magnificent Meadows Cymru  for a National Meadows Day and Wales Nature Week celebration!

Drop-in sessions:

• Make wildflower seed bombs
• Learn how to survey the meadow (please bring a smartphone or similar device)
• Pick up a ‘How to Make Meadow’ resource from Magnificent Meadows Cymru
• Get arty and colour in mini characters playing and partying in towering meadow flowers
• Buy your own meadow plants at the Plant Sale

• Meadow: a home for insects. Explore the secret world of insects with Buglife Cymru
• Make beautiful upcycled everlasting flowers with Green Squirrel

These activities will take place outdoors unless there is an extreme weather event.
