Neath Port Talbot Biodiversity Forum:
The Neath Port Talbot Biodiversity Forum is a partnership of over 60 organisations and local experts that meet every couple of months to discuss local biodiversity issues and contribute towards biodiversity project work. Much progress has been made to meeting targets set within the Local Biodiversity Action Plan since it's creation in 2001. The Biodiversity Forum reviewed and updated the Local Biodiversity Action Plan in 2008 and the new version is now available.

Biodiversity Unit:
The Biodiversity Unit's function is to address the pressures on biodiversity within Neath Port Talbot. Working closely with other departments, outside organisations and volunteers, positive changes have already been made. The Unit provides the secretariat for the Neath Port Talbot Biodiversity Forum and it's charitable arm Biodiversity Action.

Catrin is the team leader for the Biodiversity Unit and is the Secretary of Biodiversity Action, the charitable arm of the Neath Port Talbot Biodiversity Forum.
Rebecca Sharp - Ecologist
Rebecca is responsible for providing biodiversity advice especially to the planning department in respect planning applications and is secretary to the Neath Port Talbot Biodiversity Forum.
